Tweed Eco Cruises presents a 'Soulwater Sessions' a sunset boat cruise with two world class touring music acts; Matty Rogers Band + JC and the Tree band. Join us for golden hour on the Tweed River during our famous sunset cruise with music, nibbles, and good times on the water. Enjoy the live music while nibbling on grazing boards including cheese, crackers, meats and fruits. Visit the bar and grab a local brew or house cocktail. Watch the sun set over the Tweed River and the Tweed Hinterland.
Matty Rogers has teamed up with JC and the Tree for an exciting full band tour of the east coast. Quite often these two acts are found performing solo / duo but they are both being joined by their drummer Jarrah Kurth and Bassist Dario Giubileo to each bring their audiences an exciting full band show.
About Matty Rogers
Northern Rivers based Matty Rogers doesn’t play music so much as he becomes possessed by it; a conduit for the musical muse. He taps into the depths of his heart and weaves it into a dynamic musical experience of Americana blues-rock drenched in soul.
Renowned for his authenticity in both songwriting and performance, this passionate singer-songwriter approaches his craft from a place of pure vulnerability, a quality that garners him fans of the diehard variety.
“I want people to feel like they aren’t alone, that someone else is going through the same thing. To fully let go and come out feeling healed and ready to take on the world.” says Matty.
